How quickly can you arrive at the construction site?

We offer priority service for our regular business partners and developers. We are usually able to dispatch a survey team within 24–48 hours of a request for setting out or a check measurement. We understand that in construction time is money, so we optimize our logistics to avoid downtime for contracting teams.

Are your surveys compatible with BIM and CAD systems?

Yes. We work with the latest Leica Geosystems equipment, and we deliver our data in formats fully integrated with design processes (DWG, DXF, PDF). Upon request, we prepare advanced 3D models and point clouds that serve as the foundation for BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, facilitating collaboration between architects and general contractors.

Do you have liability insurance and reliability certificates?

Investment security is our priority. We hold high-value professional liability insurance, which fully protects the investor's interests. Additionally, we participate in the "Reliable Company" program, confirming our financial stability and business ethics – key parameters for long-term development partnerships.

Do you handle investments comprehensively – from maps to as-built surveys?

Absolutely. We support the client at every stage of the investment: from legal status analysis and topographic maps for design purposes to ongoing construction and assembly support, final as-built surveys, and certificates of unit independence. This approach guarantees documentation consistency and simplifies handover procedures.

In what areas do you carry out projects?

We have a network of offices throughout Poland (including Krakow, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Katowice), allowing us to efficiently manage nationwide investments. Furthermore, we possess specialized know-how and permits to execute international projects, as well as work in restricted areas and strategic facilities where special security clearances are required.
